The breakfast is served from 8 to 10 am. It is composed of pancakes and a drink.
Pancakes are made to order the night before. They followed a process of slow fermentation with homemade kefir and flour. They are served with organic butter, homemade compote and jam, and organic Canadian maple syrup.
Drinks are any espresso drinks (americano, cappuccino, macchiato and espressos), French press coffee, teas and hot chocolate. We also serve organic apple juice.
Lunch and dinner need to be anticipated. We recommend "Les 1ères Loges" at the hamlet Le Grand Moulin, Varaignes (4 km). There is also "Le Bouledogue Café" à Marthon (4 km).
